Welcome to Vintage Company Limited also trading as Vintage Collections.

The Past

Vintage was founded by Martine Angus who has a background in retail starting at a young age working at Waterford/Wedgewood's showroom in Wigmore Street in London. This commenced a passion for beautiful objects and an eye for design and display.

On returning to New Zealand, Martine opened a Homeware store on the North Shore of Auckland, which was runner up in the 2003 Auckland Top Shop Awards. As the shop grew, Martine opened a second store and diversified into further areas of Homeware.

The natural progression was to travel and source more interesting and beautiful objects for the home, hence in 2006,  Vintage was born. Vintage wholesales to retailers, designers and to the corporate market.

A further opportunity arose during 2007 to purchase Papyrus, a New Zealand company established in 1987, which designed and manufactured beautiful body products. This was the ideal addition to Vintage and has now expanded into design and manufacture of soft furnishings and a small clothing range.

The Present

Vintage and Papyrus now operate as the One Business situated at 4B Titoki Place in Albany. The company now has two Directors, three full time staff and three Sales Representatives.

The premises also has a Showroom which always displays the latest products and is well worth a visit and have a coffee.

Martine Angus                                - Founder and Company Director.

Ross Angus ( Dip Bus Studies)       - Company Director. Ross joined the Company full time as from 1

                                                         September 2009.

Barbara Mackie                               - Joined Papyrus back in 1987. Barbara Manages the supply,

                                                         manufacture and distribution of our Body Products.

Jennifer Stapleton                          - Joined Papyrus approximately 10 years ago and assists with

                                                        design and making of our beautiful packaging and clothing range

 Mania Hoeta                                - Joined Papyrus about 8 years ago. Mania assists with the

                                                       production and packaging of our Company made products.
